Yes, we will generally send you a proof to sign off before any printing would commence.

Can I call to your premises to talk my job through?

By all means come in and say hello and we can give you our years of expertise on all matters relating to your printing.

We are always flexible and will try to help the best we can, sometimes a phone call would be the best option to determine if we have availability to accommodate your print job in the timeframe required.

Is there a minimum quantity?

In a simple word “no”, although you need to bear in mind it is much cheaper per unit if a greater quantity is ordered. Just ask and we can give you free quote in various quantities.

Do you delivery or do I need to collect?

Both works for us, we can either deliver ourselves or use a courier or alternatively you can collect the goods from our premises

How do I pay for my printing?

If you do not hold an account with ourselves we will require the payment before the goods are delivered or collected. A proforma invoice will be issued and we would expect a bank transfer to complete your delivery.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 
2. Add a new question & answer 
3. Assign your FAQ to a category 
4. Save and publish.

You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 
4. Add media from your library and save.

Question 11

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.  
To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
